“Reminiscent is not like most other plant nurseries. It’s not just greenhouse after greenhouse. It is built around the landscape, making for a wonderful time walking around, enjoying the plant displays and peaceful ambiance,” says Stephanie Renaker-Jansen, owner of Reminiscent Herb Farm Nursery.

Reminiscent is uniquely balanced for the avid gardener, whether they are looking to relandscape their home, add to their existing landscape or even venture into the world of bonsai.

“We have wide selections in all categories. We continue to amaze customers regarding the breadth of our inventory,” says Renaker-Jansen.

Reminiscent is a fully working nursery specializing in annuals, perennials, shrubs, grasses, trees, herbs, bonsai, fruit and vegetables and more.

“We have one of the largest suppliers of bonsai trees, bonsai materials and bonsai supplies in the Cincinnati Tristate area. During Christmas season we sell fresh cut Fraser fir Christmas trees, as well as wreaths, pine rope and more,” says Renaker-Jansen.

“We are a small business that has been operating for 40 years and supplies a unique selection of plant material that’s different than the same old plant material found at box stores. We have a very knowledgeable staff that can help with all your needs,” says Renaker-Jansen.

Reminiscent occasionally offers delivery for bonsai trees on a small retail basis. Staff at Reminiscent are dedicated to assisting every customer with any questions or concerns they may have.

“My favorite thing about Reminiscent is our friendly and knowledgeable staff. We can easily help the customer to be successful in their gardening endeavors,” says Renaker-Jansen. “We are always concerned with the hardiness of a particular plant. We don’t offer any hardy or seasonal plant material that we haven’t tested and know that it will thrive in our area.”
