As the weather turns crisp and leaves begin to fall, Northern Kentucky offers plenty of ways to indulge in seasonal flavors. From pastries and pumpkin spice drinks to Halloween-themed desserts, local bakeries and cafés are celebrating the season in style.
No autumn is complete without a pumpkin spice latte. Coppin’s, located inside Hotel Covington, serves the classic drink to warm visitors as the days grow cooler. For a twist on the traditional flavor, Roebling Books & Coffee offers an autumn cold brew infused with pumpkin spice and other seasonal flavors. Meanwhile, the Roost Latonia is featuring a homemade pumpkin spice latte topped with cinnamon cold foam, perfect for cozying up on a chilly afternoon.
For dessert lovers seeking a sugar rush, F & Goode Desserts on West Pike Street offers a buffet of fall sweets. Seasonal highlights include fall cookie cakes, pumpkin cream cheesecakes and themed cookies.
Emerson’s Bakery, with locations throughout Northern Kentucky, is also celebrating the season. Their offerings include pumpkin pie, carrot cake with cream cheese icing, pumpkin muffins and aptly decorated cookies.
